30 minutes from the most visited monument in Spain, the Alhambra in Granada, nestled on a hill in the Lecrin Valley, El MOLINO DEL AZAHAR, Estate of 6000m2, boasts a panoramic view of this green valley dedicated to Andalusian citrus and olive trees, bordered by the Alpujarras and its white villages.

3 KM from the highway, just before the entrance to Melegis, pass the small stone bridge, and at the end of the turn, almost in front of you, on the right, take the path of a hundred meters, which crosses orchards to drive you toward the whiteness tower of the MOLINO DEL AZAHAR.

The magic begins with this path: orange, lemon, almond and olive trees, vines and other pomegranate trees, invite you to enjoy the time, the smell of jasmine accompanying your footsteps.

Push the heavy wooden door, a spacious living room welcomes you with its fireplace, and the kitchen that extends it. In the distance, mountains and valley wind lulled charm. Time is suspended.

Few flights of stairs to the tower and you can observe nature on 360 º or a tea reading on soft cushions.

In summer, the pool, sunny all day, is waiting for you to refresh yourself before you lie down in the shade of almond´s trees and enjoy a fresh orange juice watching an unforgettable sunset.

In winter, after a sports day or other, a warm fireplace,  churros, chocolate or tea, will warm you up  in the sitting- room dimmed by the  sunset.

Whether you choose to walk on the hill overlooking Granada's history and its multiple cultures, you ran the little streets of the Albaycin  or prefer to dream in the gardens of the Alhambra, a symbol of the art Al Andaluz, or even visit the Science Park or the museum of Andalusia  and finally vibrate to the sound of flamenco or wander in the tapas bars, access to Granada is very easy by the motorway 27km from us.
